We shipped a Windows installer this week. That means you can install our repair app the normal way, not through some temporary launcher. Once it's on your machine, it stays there. You run it when you need help, or we can wake it up remotely if something's broken so badly you can't click anything.

The installer also handles the connection setup so you're not staring at a black screen or guessing which button to press. It's a support app, not a debug tool.
