When someone looks for a roofer, they're not thinking 'roofing services.' They're thinking 'does my roof need to be replaced' or 'how much does hail damage cost.' We started tracking the real language people use when they search for help.
Here's how it works: questions come in, we review them, good ones go into a system that improves the site. A homeowner searching for roof help now sees answers to the questions they have, not a generic list of roofers.
It's hard for a generic directory to compete with a site that knows what your town actually needs fixed.
