Perfect ratings are not real.
A 5.0 star review gets rarer every year. We stopped pretending.

You see a business with a perfect 5.0 rating and you know something is off. Either they're brand new or they're hiding the honest picture. We used to show perfect ratings on our review site. We don't anymore.
Ratings change over time. Real ones do. We changed how we display them so when a rating changes, it still makes sense. You get the truth instead of a fake number.
