post a job once and it runs in English and Spanish.
Post once. Reach bilingual workers across the Coastal Bend.

When you post a job, the system can display it in English and Spanish. You can set up your post to reach workers in both languages. One post. Both languages. No extra work from you.
The apply form works in both languages too. If a worker applies in Spanish, you see their application in Spanish. The system doesn't translate anything for you. You get what they wrote.
Why this matters. The Coastal Bend is bilingual. A lot of good workers speak Spanish first. If you only post in English, you're cutting out half the pool. You're not anymore.
You don't pay extra for this. It's built in. Post your job, pick your language or both, and let the system handle the rest.
