A lot of good workers in the Bend speak Spanish at home. A lot of employers do too. But the job board was only in English.

We added a language toggle on /jobs. You can search in Spanish. You can read posts in Spanish. The apply form works in both languages. Safety tips too.

If you post a job, it shows up for both English and Spanish speakers. You don't post twice. You don't translate anything yourself. One post reaches more people.

We kept employer posts exactly as written. We just made them visible to more workers. That's it.
