Real shop photos show the truth, not stock images.
Every site checks the shop's gallery first. Stock photos are the backup.

Stock photos are fine when you've got nothing else. But if a roofing shop has real before-and-after photos on their site, those should show up instead of a generic image of someone in a hard hat. The system now checks the shop's own photo gallery first. If they've got photos there, those show up. If they don't, the site uses a professional stock photo.
It's a small change, but it means the shops that put work into their own photos get rewarded. And customers see real work instead of a stock model holding a clipboard. The shops that don't have photos yet still get a professional image. Nobody loses.
