We spent two weeks improving the app we use to fix computers over the internet without you having to go anywhere. The connection is faster. The remote control doesn't lag. Getting started doesn't feel like you're installing something sketchy.
We also built a new app for our technicians so they can manage repair sessions without switching between windows. Small stuff, but it adds up. Your computer gets fixed cleaner and quicker.
