We run a computer repair shop. When your computer breaks, we can now fix it over the internet instead of sending someone to your house. We just made it way easier to download and start using the tool that lets us do that.
The download used to have a few extra steps that tripped people up. We cut them out. You download the installer, run it, and you're ready. No hunting through menus or restarting in weird ways. We also made sure it stays safe and doesn't get in the way of your security software.
When something breaks on your machine, you call us and we connect remotely. We see what you see and fix it while you watch. No guessing, no waiting for a service call. It works on Windows right now, and we're building it out from there.
