We took this from a lab project to a real product. We landed a bunch of separate improvements. Most of them you won't see. The mouse feels snappier. The buttons are easier to find. The whole thing doesn't break when something weird happens.
The work is granular but it adds up. A technician using this tool all day feels the difference. A customer on the other end of the connection feels it too. That's the work that separates something that works from something that feels good to use.
We're not done. This is the baseline. We'll keep shipping improvements as we find them.
