Renters can describe repair jobs by voice.
Instead of typing out what's broken, you call in, and the system listens and captures what you need.

A renter in the Coastal Bend can call a phone number, describe the repair in their own words, and the system records it. No typing. No forms. No trying to figure out what category your broken sink fits into. You just talk.
This matters because a lot of people don't want to fill out a web form for a repair. They want to call and say 'my kitchen faucet is leaking' and have someone understand. The system captures the time you said you're home, what the problem is, and what kind of repair you need. A real person sees it on the other end, not a vague ticket.
We built this for renters specifically because landlords can't make decisions for their tenants. A renter needs to be able to request a repair without their landlord's permission, and they need to do it the way they're comfortable. Voice does that.
