For The Pros · Tenant Portal
Renters can describe repair needs by voice.
A tenant doesn't have to type or fill out forms. They can call and describe what's broken.

When a tenant needs a repair, they don't always want to sit down and write it all out. We built a phone line that lets them call and describe the problem. The shop gets a recording of what they said, and there's a clear description of what needs fixing.
This works especially well for older folks or anyone who'd rather talk than type. The tenant gets a phone number, calls it, and speaks into their phone. The shop gets a recording of what needs fixing and when the tenant is available.
