Finding A Pro · Constellation
Renters can get a repair price without asking their landlord first.
A price calculator shows what repairs cost for common rental problems.

Most renters don't know what a repair should cost, and they don't want to bother their landlord just to find out. We're testing a calculator that walks you through the problem, asks the details that matter, and shows you a real price for the work.
You answer questions about what's broken, where it is, and what you've already tried. The calculator figures out the rough cost and what kind of technician you need. If you want to book someone, you've already seen the price.
The calculator is in testing on rental property pages. It's safe, it's honest, and it doesn't ask for your phone number until you actually want to schedule something.
