Renters can report a repair by calling and talking.
Call in, describe the problem, and the system logs it. No forms, no typing.

If you rent and you need a repair, you can call a number and talk through it. The system listens, asks what it needs to know, and logs everything. You don't fill out a form. You just talk.
The system is designed for a conversation, not data entry. Times are shown in Central time so there's no confusion about when someone is coming.
This is faster and less stressful than typing into a web form when something in your place is broken.
