Repair shops offer jobs, techs lock in the pay.
put up a job, say what it pays. techs can take it or leave it.
New here? NPCLocal is our local-services site that connects Coastal Bend folks with local pros, plus a jobs board.

A repair shop posts a job on our board with a set price. A tech sees it, reads the terms, and accepts or declines. Once he accepts, the deal is locked. He can move the job around during the week if something comes up, and the shop refunds him if they won't reschedule. The agreement covers warranty work, parts that break, phone calls, and travel time.
The whole thing is written out in plain language so nobody guesses what they owe. The tech knows he can reschedule twice a month without penalty and that his schedule commitment runs seven days at a time. The shop knows the tech is committed.
It's built for the real problems between shops and techs. Parts crack on the way home. Jobs run long. Customers call back. The agreement handles all of it.
