Repair technicians don't see customer phone numbers on job listings.
You get the repair details and the address. The business handles the phone call.

Your privacy matters, and so does the customer's. We changed the job listing system so repair techs never see a customer's phone number. You get the repair details, the address, and a time to show up. That's it.
When you need to reach the customer or they need to reach you, the business's phone system handles it. You keep your own number private, and customers stay safe. It's a small change that makes a big difference.
This rolled out alongside other fixes to how jobs get listed and how you set your schedule. The whole system is tighter now.
