We opened a private job board for repair techs who've been approved to see it. Shops post repair work with a flat pay rate and the terms upfront. A tech can look at the job, read the agreement, and decide if he wants it.
The board shows real work types. It covers flat-rate pay, callback rates, warranty terms, and on-call shifts. A tech knows exactly what he's signing up for.
