We made it simpler for repair technicians to update their availability in the scheduling app. You open it, tap the availability section, and set your hours for the week. That's it. No scrolling through a dozen screens or confirming the same thing five times.

This matters because techs were skipping it. If it's fast and obvious, you actually update it when your schedule changes instead of letting an old schedule sit there for weeks.
