When a tech picks up your repair job, they used to see your name and phone number printed right on the work order. That meant one more person had your information. We changed it. A tech sees the repair, the device, and the photos. Not your name or number.

They reach out to you the way they want to. Some call. Some text. Some email. You tell us how you want to be contacted when you drop off the phone. The tech follows that. You control who gets your number, and they control how they work.
