We make software that lets repair techs take control of a customer's computer to fix it remotely. This week we added support tools right inside that app. You don't have to log into a separate system or switch windows.
We also fixed two things that broke. One: the quick support option for techs. Two: the quick way for customers to call for help. Now when someone calls you and needs fast help, they can reach you without extra steps.
