Repair techs on NPCLocal keep their pay if an installed part fails within 33 days

Every repair job listed on NPCLocal now includes a 33-day warranty built into the agreement before work starts. If a part fails inside that window, the replacement part is covered and the tech gets paid for the rework. If the customer declines the warranty, the tech still collects the full rate. The agreement is in writing before anyone picks up a tool.

The job price also accounts for parts that arrive cracked or break during the repair. A tech never has to chase the customer or wait on a vendor to recover that cost. The coverage is already in the number.
