Every repair job posted on our site has a 33-day warranty built in. If the customer comes back because something broke or didn't hold, the tech goes back out and fixes it. We pay them for that rework. The warranty covers parts that fail under normal use.

This cuts down on arguing about what's covered and what isn't. The tech knows upfront that a cracked return won't leave them unpaid. The customer knows their repair is backed for a month. The shop gets happy customers who come back instead of hunting for a different tech.
