Repairs come with a warranty if something breaks right after the tech leaves.
If the same part fails or the same problem shows up again soon, the tech can come back and look at it.

When you book a repair through the scheduling system, the repair comes with some protection. If the same part fails or the same problem shows up again within a reasonable time, the tech can come back and fix it. The details depend on what was repaired.
This is how repair should work. A tech should stand behind their work, and you should feel safe using them. If something goes wrong, it gets made right.
The warranty covers the work the tech actually did. Wear and tear, misuse, or something unrelated doesn't count. But if the fix didn't stick, you've got recourse.
