When you post a rush job on the board, you pay more because you need it fast. That's fair. But what if nobody bids? You shouldn't eat that cost.
If a rush job sits without an accepted bid for 48 hours, the rush premium refunds automatically. You keep the base job posting. The workers didn't show up, so you don't pay them for not showing up.
This is the rule. It's in the agreement every worker sees when they bid. It's automated. It refunds without anyone having to file a complaint.
