We run a local business directory. When you search for a plumber or electrician on it, some businesses have signed up with us and some haven't.

If they haven't signed up, we don't show a button to call them through our site. Instead, we link you to their Google profile or Yelp page. That's where they control their own information.

This is better for everyone. You get to their real page faster. They don't get a call from someone they didn't expect. No middleman, no confusion.
