Every repair job shows two numbers: the guaranteed base pay and the speed bonus if you finish by the customer's deadline. A checkmark on the job listing means the customer paid extra for fast work, and you get half of that bonus.

Before, a tech had to click into the job to see if the speed money was real or if the customer just hoped you'd hurry. It's right there on the listing, and the number is a promise. Your pay can never go down once you accept the job.

If you miss the deadline, the customer gets refunded and you don't get the speed bonus. It's honest. You know what you're taking on before you tap accept.
