See honest ratings for signs.
we run a rating site for LED and digital signs. we fixed how ratings display. they stay honest. even when votes change.

A sign company has a perfect 5.0 star rating. One bad review comes in. The rating drops. That's honest. But it used to look like the company tanked overnight, even though one vote doesn't mean much when there's only a few total.
We softened the claim. A perfect rating now includes a note that it can move as new votes come in. It's still true, the rating is what it is, but it sets the right expectation. Ratings are snapshots, not guarantees.
It's a small word change, but it keeps people from misreading what a number means.
