We added a tracker to our local jobs board. When someone clicks your job post and calls you, we count that. When they book a job through you, we track it. You can see which posts are getting real interest and which ones aren't.

This tells you if your job description is clear, if your pay is competitive, or if you need to add more detail. If a post gets clicks but no calls, something's off. If it gets calls and books, you know what works.

The tracker only counts real people calling you. We filter out fake clicks from bots and spam so the numbers are honest.
