when you zoom into a neighborhood in our game, you see the real storefronts and services on that block. zoom out and you see the whole region. but when you're zoomed in, you only see what's close to you.

this is small but it matters. you're not seeing two different versions of the map fighting for space. you see the scale you asked for. the map stays readable no matter how far in or out you go.

getting this right meant redrawing a lot of artwork and rewriting how the map displays information at different zoom levels. but the payoff is a game that feels smooth instead of clunky.
