Three weeks ago our system for tracking customer calls and clicks stopped working. We couldn't tell if businesses on our jobs board or directory were actually getting calls from customers. That's a bad problem because you can't measure if something's working.

We rebuilt it from scratch. Now when a customer in Calallen taps your number on their phone, we record it. When they actually call, we log that too. You see the real count, not a guess.

We also separated real people from automated bots so you get honest numbers. A bot clicking your listing doesn't count as a real lead. It's the same rigor we use in our own shop to know what's real.
