Service techs can see available jobs on their phone and claim the ones they want.

When a job comes in through our job platform, I call the closest techs and offer it to them. But not everyone picks up. Now if you're logged in, you can also see a section on the platform showing jobs waiting in your area. You can claim one yourself without waiting for the call.

You still get all the details: what the repair is, where it is, how much it pays, and when the customer needs you there. You work out the meetup time with the customer.

It's another way to grab work without playing phone tag.
