Signage, hot-shot trucking, carports, and hearing aids are searchable in ten Coastal Bend towns.

We looked at Google search data for ten towns in the Coastal Bend. We checked what people actually type when they're looking for a service. Then we added the categories that were missing from our directory.

Signage came up a lot. People search for billboard permits, sign electricians, coastal wind load for signs. We added signage as a category because we don't want to make signs anymore, but we can connect people who search for them with someone who does. Hot-shot trucking, carports, hearing aids, and clear aligners all showed up in searches but weren't on the directory. Now they are.

This matters because our directory is supposed to help people find what they're looking for in their town. If we're missing a category, we're not doing our job. The search data told us what we missed.
