Every job that goes up gets checked. We look for red flags. Fake email addresses. Job titles that don't match the description. Promises that sound too good to be true. If something looks wrong, we hold the post and review it by hand before it goes live.

We also built a safety hub on the jobs board. It tells you what to watch for when you're applying. Don't wire money upfront. Don't give out your Social. Don't trust a job offer that came through text. That kind of thing.

Why this helps. People applying for jobs are vulnerable. They're looking for work. Scammers know that. We're trying to keep the people on our board safe by keeping the bad stuff out.
