An electrician emailed and said it felt too good to be true. Why would we count calls for free when other sites charge per call.
Because we want the data to be useful. If we charged, plumbers would ignore calls they thought wouldn't convert. They'd get paranoid about every click. The data would become unreliable.
We make money when you use our site to find work. The more honest the data, the more you trust the site, the more you keep coming back. Call counting is a feature that makes the whole thing work better, not a thing we sell separately.
