Our jobs page speaks Spanish now. When you arrive, you pick your language at the top. Job titles, descriptions, and the apply form all switch to Spanish.
This matters because half the people looking for work around here speak Spanish first. Before, they either squinted at English postings or didn't see the jobs at all. Employers who post once now reach both groups. No double work, no separate listings.
The search, filters, and job alerts work the same way. You get alerts in Spanish if that's what you chose. You can flip back to English anytime. The job posting itself stays exactly as the employer wrote it, so you see what you're really walking into.
