Spanish-speaking workers find jobs in Spanish.

You pick English or Spanish. Workers switch languages. Employers post once.

You're a Spanish-speaking worker in South Texas and you want to search for jobs in your language. You go to our jobs board and toggle to Spanish. You see the same jobs, the same search, everything in Spanish. When you find one that fits, you apply in Spanish.

If you're an employer, you post once in English and Spanish-speaking workers see it in their language. You don't post twice. The system handles the translation. Everything stays searchable in both languages.

We know half the region speaks Spanish at home. It was wrong to make them hunt for jobs in English only. Now they don't have to.
