Half the Coastal Bend speaks Spanish. Our jobs website didn't. If you were looking for work and English wasn't your first language, you got a page that made no sense. That's on us.

The website now works in Spanish. Job titles, descriptions, how to apply, everything. A Spanish-speaking worker in Calallen or Corpus can find a real job and actually understand what the work is and what it pays. Employers can post in Spanish too and reach the people actually doing the work.

It's a basic thing but it should have been there from day one. We're fixing it.
