A job posting tells you exactly what you'll make. If there's a bonus for finishing fast or a higher rate for weekend work, it's right there in the number you see first. Not buried in small text. Not revealed after you've already said yes.
We made this change because technicians were accepting jobs and then realizing the math didn't work the way they thought. The big number is what you actually get. The parts and fees underneath just show you where it comes from. If a job offers a bonus, it's impossible to miss.
