We built a website where repair shops post jobs and techs apply. When you post a job there, the tech who takes it knows exactly what they're signing up for. The warranty is 33 days. If a part breaks under warranty and you have to rework it, that rework pays. You can say no to a job without losing pay. Parts that crack on the way back never leave you unpaid.

The tech picks when to work, not whether. You set your hours and the jobs that match those hours show up on your personal work list. Travel pay is there if the job is outside town. All of it is in the listing before anyone applies.

This matters because techs in the Coastal Bend have been working under handshake deals for years. No two shops had the same warranty. Some paid for warranty rework, some didn't. Some paid for travel, some made you eat it. Now if you want to hire someone through our site, you're both reading the same contract.
