Your customer's contact info stays private until the work is done.

When a technician accepts a job through the website, they used to see the customer's phone number right away. We changed that. Now the technician gets the repair details and can message or call through the website, but the customer's actual number stays hidden until it's time to show up.
This protects both sides. The customer doesn't have to worry about their number being used for follow-up calls or sold to a list. The technician can still reach them through the website, coordinate the visit, and do the work without exposing contact info too early.
We also made the money part clearer. The website now takes payment from the customer upfront and keeps that separate from what the technician can see, so there's no confusion about who paid what.
