Finding A Pro · NPCLocal
Technicians don't see your balance or payment info.
Your money info stays between you and the shop. A tech only sees the job they work on.
New here? NPCLocal is our local-services site that connects Coastal Bend folks with local pros, plus a jobs board.

When you book a repair job, you pay at the time you book. The technician who shows up sees the repair that needs to happen, but they don't see what you paid or any account details. That's private.
This matters because a tech should focus on fixing your computer, not on money. And you should know that your payment details aren't visible to anyone handling the job.
We also made sure that a tech doesn't know which customer they're going to visit until the job is ready to be assigned. The separation protects both sides.
