Technicians won't see how much a customer owes.

We built a filter into the repair shop dashboard so that customer payment information never reaches the technician's screen. A tech can see the job, the repair, the photos, and what they're getting paid. They don't see what the customer owes the shop, what they've paid before, or any number that could influence how they work.

This sounds small, but it matters. A tech shouldn't know about a customer's payment history when they're fixing a device. They should fix the thing in front of them and report what they found.

The filter passed all twelve tests. It catches payment data before it would show up on the screen.
