We added a leads section to our directory this week. It's a list of jobs that are looking for a technician. You can see what the repair is, which town it's in, and what you'd get paid. If it fits your schedule and your trade, you accept it.

This gives you more control. You're not stuck waiting for someone to assign work or hoping the right job comes your way. You can see what's out there and pick the ones that make sense for you. The job shows the repair description and nothing that identifies the customer, so you know what you're getting into without any personal details.

Once you accept a lead, it works like any other job. You set the meetup time, you do the work, you get paid. The difference is you found it, not the other way around.
