When a tech picks up a repair to work on it, he gets the problem description and the device. He does not get your phone number or how much money you have on file. That's ours to know.

It's a small thing but it matters. A tech should fix your phone because you asked him to, not because he can see you're loaded or call you later for other reasons. Clean separation.
