When a tech responds to a job on our platform, he needs to set up a time with the customer. Before, it was just a phone call or nothing. Now he has options. Call, send a message through the platform, or email. Whatever gets the job scheduled.
The customer sees all three options too. If the tech prefers to text, the customer can text back. If email works better, they email. It's one less reason for a job to fall through because two people couldn't figure out how to talk to each other.
Small detail. Huge difference in how many jobs actually get done.
