Techs get job alerts the way they want them.
A job can call you, email you, or send a message, however you like to get work details.
New here? NPCLocal is our local-services site that connects Coastal Bend folks with local pros, plus a jobs board.

A repair tech shouldn't have to check a website constantly to know work is coming. So when a job gets posted, it reaches him the way he said he wants to hear about it. Some guys want a call, some want email, some want a text. You pick it once, and the system respects that.
If he misses the first call, the system rings again. The code he uses to claim the job is read slowly, one digit at a time, twice, so he gets it right the first time. No scrambling to write down a code while driving or between jobs.
We also made sure the system doesn't expire a job while a tech is still trying to claim it. The clock doesn't release a job until the tech confirms he's got it, so you don't lose work because the system got impatient.
