Techs on the jobs board no longer see customer phone numbers.

When you accept a job on the Coastal Bend jobs board, you see the repair type, the address, and when the customer wants you there. You don't see their phone number. Our system calls the customer to confirm the time with you. If the customer needs to reach you before you arrive, they call a forwarding number that protects their real phone number.

This keeps the customer's phone number private. It also protects you. You're not fielding calls from someone trying to negotiate your price or asking questions that should go in a work ticket. You show up, you do the work, you get paid.

The job details are all you need. Everything else goes through our system.
