We built the jobs board to work in both languages from the ground up. When you post a job, it shows up in English and Spanish at the same time. You write it once. Workers in both languages see it.
This matters because the Coastal Bend has bilingual workers everywhere. A roofer or HVAC tech might search in Spanish or English depending on the day. Before, you'd have to post twice or hope someone found your listing in their language.
The search page has a language toggle. Job alerts work in both languages too. If a worker picks Spanish, they get their emails in Spanish. The job post itself stays exactly as you wrote it.
We kept it simple. No extra work for you. No translation nonsense. Just one post that reaches more people.
