if you posted a job on NPCLocal in the last month and nobody seemed to be calling back, that was on us. the system that sends leads to your phone went dark on june 30 and we didn't catch it until this week.
we rebuilt the tracking layer from the ground up. now when someone taps your job post and hits the call button, that signal gets to you clean. we also split human clicks from bot noise so you know what's real.
the board is back to normal. if you're looking to hire, start posting again. if you're looking for work, the leads are flowing.
