The jobs website shows the real pay, the warranty terms, and whether you can turn down work.
No more guessing. The job details are all upfront.
New here? NPCLocal is our local-services site that connects Coastal Bend folks with local pros, plus a jobs board.

Repair jobs on our jobs website come with a flat pay chart. You can see the pay for each type of repair before you apply. The listing also says whether warranty rework pays, what happens if a part breaks, and whether you can decline a job. On-call rules and travel pay are right there in the description.
This is different from most job boards. Most say 'competitive pay' or 'negotiable.' You don't know until you call. Here, the shop has already decided. You read the listing and you know what the job pays and what the terms are.
The board pulls real work types from the shop's past jobs, so the pay chart matches what they actually do. A shop that does a lot of warranty rework pays for it. A shop that travels outside town pays for travel. You're not guessing.
