Easier To Read · The Screener

the phone system talks more naturally instead of reading a script.

Callers get a real conversation, not a robot reading a script.

The screener answers your calls and asks follow-up questions instead of reading a script. We changed how it talks to sound more natural and conversational.

When someone calls with a problem, the screener listens and asks the right next question instead of plowing through a checklist. If they say their AC is broken, it asks about the age of the unit or whether it's making noise. That's how a real person would talk.

Why this helps. Callers can tell when they're talking to a machine. They get frustrated. They hang up. The new approach feels more like a person asking questions. They stay on the line. You get better information about what they actually need.

The screener still takes notes and passes them to you. You still get the full picture. It just sounds like a person asking questions instead of a robot reading lines.
